On the basis of absorbing advanced technology from abroad and combining its own experience of producing CNC lathes for many years, the enterprise highlights rigidity, high precision, super efficiency and beautiful appearance in the design of the whole machine.
The spindle adopts imported high-speed contact bearings, grease lubrication. Features such as infinitely variable frequency speed control, the feeding method adopts hybrid stepper motor, AC servo motor. The work clamping adopts pneumatic elastic clamping. Then equipped with electric knife holder, row of knives and pivoting device, and also optional automatic feeding mechanism. It can realize uninterrupted continuous processing for bar material below φ40mm (shaped also available). It is highly efficient, easy to use, convenient to operate, and can customize and design various special CNC machines for customers.
